The vast majority of E-waste is disposed of improperly. Up to 85% of electronics are discarded in landfills or end up in incinerators which can release toxins into the environment, poisoning our natural resources. Currently E-waste represents only 2% of America’s trash in landfills yet comprises almost 70% of the total toxic waste.

How does the Program work?

Our Collection Partner Program allows your establishment to be a local E-waste collection point in your community. It’s a simple process and will require little to no attention from your staff.

We provide you a bin for E- waste collection and, depending on your needs, posters and fliers you can hand out as well as an optional seminar on E-waste and the importance of recycling. You store the bin, you collect the E-waste, we pick up your collection, and you can earn monthly revenue based on what you have collected. If possible, we will list your location as an E-waste collection point on our website to allow quick and easy discovery in your community.

We will then set you up with a collection date and time along with replacement bins during every pick up. Based on your establishment's needs we can provide more bins and/or more frequent collections.

Do we get any compensation?

We understand that there can be costs associated with storing any materials on your property. In order to help alleviate those costs we can provide some compensation for the quality of the collected goods. We will sort out any electronics, determine what can be re-purposed or recycled, and price out your collection by weight. At the end of each month you will receive a check as well as an invoice detailing the breakdown of useful electronics collected. We do not guarantee compensation - not all E-waste is created equal – but we will provide you a fair payout for anything that is recyclable.

Who qualifies for the program?

Any organization or establishment that would like to be a local E-waste collection point in their community. This includes but is not limited to: schools, churches, ministries, businesses, complexes, gated communities, retail stores, and government facilities.
